Customer satisfaction is our top priority, but there is no legal right of return. Please understand that in individual cases withdrawals may apply. must be rejected. Please send your request for the return of goods, stating the reference to the order and the exact reason for return, to the following e-mail address sc.normalien@fibro.de. Your request will be processed promptly by our staff.

Already logged in to the shop? – Then feel free to use the function set up for this purpose in the order concerned.

Complaint

We are very sorry if there is a cause for a complaint during your delivery. We ask you to describe your request in as much detail as possible and to attach pictures of the parts in the event of product complaints. Please send your complaint to sc.normalien@fibro.de or contact your account manager. We will contact you immediately to coordinate the further procedure with you. If collection is necessary, this will be arranged by FIBRO.
